Paid Media Strategist

Seeking an energetic and data-driven Paid Media Strategist, the full-time remote position will manage high-value client initiatives, develop multi-channel strategies, and monitor campaign performance while mentoring junior team members. Key responsibilities Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategies aligned with business goals for lead generation and eCommerce Own channel measurement and optimize performance against critical metrics while coordinating with Creative and Client Services teams Set up, optimize, and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Required qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience with digital paid campaigns, including budget management of over $400k per month Strong knowledge of eCommerce, retail, and lead generation marketing tactics Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager Proven ability to lead and mentor team members Experience interfacing with C-level client contacts independently
