Patient Access Specialist: Scheduling, Authorization & Billing
Nicklaus Children's Health System
Nicklaushealth is seeking an Administrative Clerk to greet patients and families, collect demographics, third-party payer information, and identify patients for scheduling or pre-registration. You will assist with check-in, obtain authorizations, and collect payments when required. Fluency in English is required; Spanish strongly preferred. You will use the hospital systems to enter data, verify insurance, explain charges, and guide clients with courtesy while maintaining confidentiality in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Nicklaus Children's Health System
