Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members Ensure excellent customer service Oversee smoothie and food preparation; execute food and smoothie preparation Adhere to and demonstrate food safety standards Adhere to and model brand standards Trains and coaches crew members Requirements High school degree Previous experience in a leadership role Experience in QSR, fast food, hospitality or similar environment Excellent communication skills Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment Interpersonal and communication skills Works 2 or more closing shifts per week Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off 401k with matching Employee discount Paid training Tips Physical Requirements Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
