Contract | Full-Time | Rotating Shifts (Days/Evenings) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services within an inpatient hospital setting across rotating day and evening shifts
• Cover weekend shifts as needed, with hours that may vary based on staffing needs
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing, with a focus on vancomycin
• Manage anticoagulation therapy, including warfarin management
• Typical shift hours are 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM, with flexibility required

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin
• Experience with warfarin management
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient pharmacy system
• Familiarity with varied inpatient clinical pharmacy workflows
