Wound Care Account Manager

We are seeking a licensed Wound Care Nurse (RN, LPN, or PT) to work as an Account Manager for wound care supplies. This position involves working directly with skilled nursing facilities that provide wound care services, facilitating the sale and implementation of wound care treatment plans. You will act as the liaison between doctors, suppliers, and Medicare/Medicaid to ensure seamless delivery of supplies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctor offices specializing in wound care.
• Facilitate sales of wound care supplies tailored to patient treatment plans.
• Act as a liaison between providers, Medicare/Medicaid, and suppliers.
• Educate and guide medical staff on wound care products and their benefits.
• Understand treatment plans and assist offices in securing necessary supplies.
• Stay updated on technology and advancements in wound care.
• Maintain organized records, track sales, and provide excellent client support.

Qualifications:

• Current RN, LPN, PTA or PT license.
• Several years of wound care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a dynamic, personable demeanor.
• Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales processes.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, travel as needed and manage time effectively.

Preferred Traits:

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems.
• Prior experience in sales, working within skilled nursing facilities or wound care certification is a bonus.
