Accounts Receivable Specialist

Are you looking for a new fun fast paced environment to work in? We have partnered with a real exciting non-profit advertising company who’d like to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their small cohesive accounting team.
Responsibilities of this Accounts Receivable Specialist job include:
- Handle all billing, posting, and collecting of all revenue owed.
- Oversee processes to ensure customers pay amounts due.
- Cash applications and posting cash.
- Manage and review aging report.
- Process credit card transactions (including refunds/credit memos).
- Cross functionally work with different departments.
- Develop relationships with sub-contractors and vendors.
Minimum requirements:
- 2+ years of full cycle AR experience.
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and specifically Apple/Mac computers highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, dedicated, and good communication skills.
