Practice Details

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join the group!

• The department consists of four physicians and one advanced practice provider
• Practice options: outpatient only or outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients (hospitalists manage after 5pm and weekends)
• Only call is shared nursing home call with FM and IM
• Flexible schedule to fit your needs
• Great work/life balance
• Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available
• Multi-specialty clinic
• 118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
• Level III trauma center
• ER volumes- 27,000 annually

Compensation Package

• Compensation floor of $375,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus

estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will

be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
