What You’ll Do

As a Service & Sales Manager at Seaside, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians
• Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to performance standards
• Conduct ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing coaching
• Drive revenue through technician performance and execution
• Partner with dispatch and customer service to optimize operations
• Monitor KPIs and take action when performance is off track
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new technicians
• Step in to assist with technical challenges and closing sales when needed
• Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

• This is an in-person position operating out of Bishopville, Maryland
• We serve homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.
