Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Plano is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse to oversee patient care and develop personalized care plans. You will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and delegate tasks within the Texas nursing guidelines. The role requires 1 year of Acute Hospital Dialysis experience, a valid RN license, and willingness to travel to other Baylor Scott & White facilities as needed.
