• Competitive pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour , with credit given for experience

As a Nursing Aide , you'll provide hands-on support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Provide respectful, compassionate support to residents living with dementia and memory-related conditions
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team members
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and maintaining resident safety
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and memory care programming
• Help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming living spaces
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
• Document care and updates using electronic resident charting systems

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to complete required annual in-service education and training requirements
• Comfortable using technology, including electronic resident charting systems
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
