• $16 per hour - $18 per hour

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and mobility/transfers.
• Companionship: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through engaging activities and emotional support.
• Household Support: Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, bed linens) and assist with simple meal preparation.
• Health & Wellness Support: Provide medication reminders, assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises, and report physical/behavioral changes to the care team.
• Transportation: Help clients attend doctor appointments, social activities, and run essential errands.
• Care Documentation: Accurately log daily care completion in accordance with client Care Plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• License & Certification: Active North Carolina CNA Certification (in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry).
• Experience: 1+ years of direct patient care experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or home care agency setting.
• Certifications: Current CPR / First Aid Certification.
• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bonus Skills: Dementia/Alzheimer's care experience and bilingual capabilities are a big plus!
• Attributes: High integrity, strong communication skills, empathy, and dependability.
