Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse provides essential nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a Patient Care Unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competency in delivering care as the primary nurse in a rural Critical Access Hospital setting.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado, or the ability to obtain it prior to the start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; may be obtained upon hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an RN
- Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (elevation of 8,000 feet)
Housing Information:
Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing, which can be expensive, especially during the winter season. Candidates should consider housing options in nearby towns.
