Note: Applicants must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license and at least 6+ years of municipal transportation engineering experience.

Job Description
- Lead municipal transportation engineering projects from planning through construction.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project teams while mentoring engineers and technical staff.
- Coordinate with municipalities, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
- Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and funding coordination.
- Ensure quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 6+ years of municipal transportation engineering experience.
- Strong project management and client relationship skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
