Caregiver Position at Executive Homecare
As a Caregiver at Executive Homecare, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines.
- Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
- Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- PCA, HHA, CNA preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
- TB Skin Test required.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
