Position Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Role Summary Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems in a fast-paced environment? TBK Bank is looking for a friendly and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. You will be the voice of TBK Bank—assisting customers by phone and email, answering questions, and providing top-notch support for their banking needs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond to customer interactions via phone and email with professionalism and empathy Listen to customer concerns and provide helpful solutions Assist customers with account opening and general banking inquiries Promote TBK Bank products and services when appropriate Keep management informed of unusual or recurring issues Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements Suggest ways to improve service and processes Prepare and maintain accurate customer records Participate in ongoing training and development Work Saturday hours as scheduled (9:00 AM–1:00 PM CST or 8:00 AM–12:00 PM MTN) Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of call center experience preferred Banking experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: Hourly $17.36 - $23.80.
