You might start your morning running a play-based skill-building session with a young client — working on communication, turn-taking, or a brand-new word they've been reaching for. Later, you could be tracking data during a structured learning block, collaborating with a BCBA on how to adapt a program that's not quite clicking, or celebrating a breakthrough moment with a family who's been waiting weeks to see it. You'll move between one‑on‑one sessions, team huddles, and hands‑on coaching from your supervisor.
