Technical Support Engineer (FTPC)

Location: Huntsville, AL

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of FTPC systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC) is a dealbreaker.
Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Rockwell Automation products.
Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
Knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
Experience in creating technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on Rockwell FTPC.
Relevant certifications in Rockwell Automation or related technologies are a plus.
