Our team is looking for passionate, responsible, and caring Resident Care Aides (RCA) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written and organizational skills and will share in our core values. Previous experience caregiving preferred or interest in the healthcare field; caregiving for family members is considered as experience.

Responsible for providing direct resident care including; daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, changing adult diapers, and provides redirection to residents to promote independence; obtains accurate vital signs and reports changes in resident health status and documents as appropriate; assists/accompanies residents for appointments, if assigned; reports concerns regarding resident to Director of Nursing, Administrator (or Licensed Nurse on shift).
