Why join us Hybrid schedule 1800 Billable hours Job Details Required items 6-8 years of relevant experience Private client focused (generally closely held businesses and their owners, with a heavy focus on partnerships) Mergers and Acquisitions tax focused experiences in the closely held context (e.g. corporate and partnerships reorganizations pre-sale planning, structuring capital investments as well as compensation arrangement , etc.) Tax advantaged investing experience (e.g. qualified opportunity zones, qualified small business stock, tax credit incentives, partnership profit interests, etc.) Ability to financially model tax implications of various scenarios Optional items In office – Hybrid firm. Position can be remote, but preference provided for in person candidates. Partnership or international experience is preferred but not required. Experience at either an AM 200 law firm, a boutique private client law firm, or a top 10 public accounting firm (if public accounting firm, preference for national office experience).
