You are an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in electronics and motor control design in a high-volume, competitive product setting. You have demonstrated the ability to design, deliver, and thrive in a fast-paced product development environment. You’ll get to: Work closely with the Global Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Purchasing teams to drive platform designs that support product portfolios across multiple strategic business units.Responsible for research and development of electronic hardware designs for Battery Management Systems (BMS), delivering concurrent product development projects with a high degree of technical complexity and challengesDirects team design of new products and platforms, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test proceduresSet deliverables, project timelines, and report status to team leaders.Effectively identify and communicate major technical and schedule issues to team leaders in a clear, concise, and timely manner while driving appropriate actions.Work with suppliers and serve as a member of cross-functional product development teams.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
