Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30-16:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Ophthalmology surgery experience (cataract and retina), circulating and/or scrubbing Description: ASAP start, Monday to Friday. No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call required. Typical schedule is 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, but may vary based on case load. 36 hours guaranteed per week. Unit has 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. Staff includes 3 circulating RNs, 1 CST, and 1 GI tech. Patient ratio is 1:1. Standard equipment includes da Vinci Xi robot and Alcon Centurion. All charting is paper-based. No floating or on-call requirements. Scrub color is provided. Ideal candidates are hard workers, team-oriented, and support colleagues. Current staff has an average of 5 years of experience. Recently launched a robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery program with the da Vinci Xi platform. No holidays, weekends, or call requirements.
