Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in the Operating Room (OR) in Naples, Florida. This position involves providing patient care during surgical procedures, coordinating with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations, and supporting various types of surgeries including Orthopedic, Neurological, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position starts on July 6, 2026, and is scheduled for dayshift hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Naples, Florida
• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Schedule: Days shift (6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) with call, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); a minimum of 2 years of experience with strength in Orthopedic, Neurological, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology; Cerner electronic medical records experience required; licensure must be valid in the state of Florida. CNOR certification is preferred.
• Additional Information: Expectation to float between campuses as needed. The Operating Room Nurse demonstrates critical thinking, leadership, and scientific judgment in patient care. Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, timely case management, communication with families, updating physician preference cards, assisting during surgical cases, and supervising personnel delivering patient care.
