Join our healthcare partner in Des Moines, IA, where you‘ll be part of a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility. This role requires a skilled RN who can both scrub and circulate, with experience in a variety of surgical cases, including general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma. As a vital member of the team, you‘ll be expected to float across multiple campuses, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.

Perform both scrubbing and circulating duties in the operating room Manage patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Utilize EPIC electronic medical systems efficiently Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-notch care Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required

Requirements:

Need 2 years experience in setting Current Iowa or compact state RN license BLS certification from AHA or ARC Experience with EPIC systems within the last 3 years Previous travel assignment completed within the last 15 months Trauma Level II experience required; Level I experience highly preferred Experience in general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma cases required Additional experience in neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, and vascular cases highly preferred
