As the Direct Support Professional – Community Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Planning and leading person-centered community engagement activities that reflect individuals’ goals, preferences, and Life Plans Coordinating and following structured recreation plans, incorporating individual input and adapting to program needs as appropriate Facilitating access to community resources and opportunities while promoting inclusion, social connections, and relationship building Salary: $20.00 per hour. Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 11 AM–7 PM (some flexibility with hours needed). Training requirements include 4 days of Orientation, SCIP CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration Certification. All trainings are paid and hosted by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services and must be completed within 90 days of employment.
