Daycare Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full enrollment process for prospective and incoming families, from initial inquiry to first day of attendance
• Conduct center tours and consultations, effectively communicating program offerings and curriculum philosophy
• Maintain and update enrollment records, waitlists, and family databases with accuracyFollow up with prospective families via phone, email, and in-person to drive enrollment conversionsCollaborate with center directors and teaching staff to ensure smooth family onboardingAssist with enrollment-related marketing efforts, including community outreach and referral programsEnsure all enrollment documentation and compliance requirements are completed in accordance with state childcare regulations

  Requirements:

  • Prior experience in childcare, early childhood education, or customer-facing enrollment/admissions roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, family-friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with enrollment or CRM software
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Ohio childcare licensing and enrollment compliance is a plus
  • Sales or customer service background with a proven ability to build relationships and close enrollments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
