Work Environment

This position is based entirely onsite at our modern facility located in the heart of Oceanside, California. Our outpatient office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and resources designed to support a wide range of therapeutic interventions. You will work weekdays, specifically Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Physical Therapy Dynamics, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and capabilities.
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions, managing a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance the range of motion and mobility for each patient.
• Administering cost-effective treatment options that minimize reliance on medications or invasive procedures.
• Designing and implementing tailored fitness and wellness programs that support patients' long-term health objectives.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously while communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding interventions and expected outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in creating cohesive treatment strategies.
• Encouraging patient motivation and participation in their recovery journey, fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Each patient presents a unique set of challenges that you will address with creativity and professionalism, ensuring their journey toward recovery is as smooth and effective as possible.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in California, with no record of board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques, as well as experience designing comprehensive exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
• Strong familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically platforms like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings will be given preference. A proven track record in implementing effective rehabilitation protocols to enhance patient outcomes will positively impact your application.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
