We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth in personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and possess the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to meet their specific needs.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products, benefits administration, and claims processes.
- Perform sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Offer telemarketing support to reach potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Ability to learn or have proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in sales administration tasks and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market trends effectively.
- Ability to learn or have experience in marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion rates.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
