Warehouse AssociateRequired Education • High school education or equivalent Required Experience • One or more years of warehouse or manufacturing experience • Experience working in a kitting or production environmentTech Skills • Ability to operate a manual pallet jack • Ability to move inventory safely throughout the kitting process • Ability to follow written and oral work instructions • Ability to coordinate movement of components with forklift operatorsSoft Skills • Strong attendance and reliability • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to use common sense when following instructions • Ability to maintain accuracy and completeness in assigned tasks • Willingness to attend required training sessionsResponsibilities • Retrieve finished goods pallets from production lines • Wrap pallets and move them to the pending lot release area • Move released pallets to the GDC receiving aisle • Pull pallets from the staging area to production lines • Coordinate component movement with forklift operators • Retrieve kitting labels from the GDC front office daily at 11:00 AM • Empty large trash and cardboard bins • Sweep floors and maintain proper housekeeping standards • Clean the kitting area and remove cardboard and trash • Support kitting activities when assigned areas are caught up • Attend training sessions as directed • Follow all applicable safety and work proceduresPhysical Demands • Regularly stand and move throughout the work area • Frequently use hands to handle materials • Frequently reach with hands and arms • Lift and move materials weighing up to 20 pounds • Operate a manual pallet jack as required • Work near moving mechanical equipment • Work in environments with moderate to occasionally loud noiseWork Environment • Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment • Work near moving mechanical parts • This is a manual labor position and does not require forklift operation • Consistent attendance and completion of scheduled shifts are required
