Maintenance Technician I/II

The Maintenance Technician I/II position is critical to ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing and facility equipment across 1st and 3rd shifts. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. The technician will collaborate closely with operations and engineering teams to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. Minimum Qualifications:

• Willingness to work 1st or 3rd shift schedules as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a technical or vocational training program in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance disciplines.

Responsibilities:
