Work 8 days, then enjoy 6 days off — in a row, every two weeks.

We're hiring an Office & Cashier Associate for our newest Household Furniture showroom in Las Cruces. This isn't a sales-floor job — it's the person who keeps the front office running: processing payments and financing, answering phones, and taking great care of customers at the counter.

What makes it different is the schedule. You'll work 8 days, then have 6 full days off — every two weeks, like clockwork. That's around 26 six-day breaks a year and every other weekend off , without touching your vacation time.

What you'll do

• Process customer payments (cash, card, check) and financing applications
• Answer phones and help customers with delivery questions and scheduling
• Support the sales team and store management with day-to-day office tasks
• Be a friendly, dependable face at the front counter

The schedule

• Work 8 days in a row: Wednesday through the following Wednesday
• Off 6 days in a row: Thursday through Tuesday
• Then it starts again — always on a Wednesday, so it's easy to plan your life around
• Store hours are 10 AM–8 PM Monday through Saturday and 12–5 PM on Sundays ; shifts fall within those hours. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position

What we're looking for

• Dependable and punctual — people are counting on you
• Comfortable with computers and learning a point-of-sale system
• Accurate with numbers and money; careful with details
• Warm, patient, and genuinely helpful with customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
• Prior cashier, front-desk, banking, or office experience is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person

• $16–$18/hour , based on experience
