The CFO will play a critical role in scaling the company, ensuring financial stability, supporting executive decision-making, and optimizing financial performance. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with the CEO and COO, while leading all finance functions and helping drive the company's continued success. CFO Responsibilities Strategic Financial leadership Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making, project bidding, and capital investments. Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes. Advise the CEO and COO on financial planning, risk, and opportunities Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, job costing, and reporting. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Improve internal controls, financial systems, and policies to support scaling operations. + more CFO Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, in construction Deep understanding of construction accounting, WIP schedules, job costing, bonding, and project finance. Proven ability to lead in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
