Embark on a fulfilling contract role supporting students’ growth and success in a vibrant educational environment for the 2026-2027 school year. Three full-time ABA specialists are sought to join a dedicated team and implement evidence-based behavioral strategies in schools serving grades 5 through 8. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact—whether you’re an experienced ABA therapist, RBT, or aspire to receive BCBA supervision.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an ABA Therapist, RBT, or Behavior Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
• Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents in an educational setting
• Ability to collaborate positively with educators, therapists, students, and families
• Organizational skills and professionalism in managing schedules, documentation, and communication
• For the Intermediate School role, eligibility or willingness for BCBA supervision is desirable

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

• Full-time commitment, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, August 2026 through June 2027
• Support students in the NECC Program at either the middle or intermediate school levels (exact location may vary)
• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans and record data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and supervisors to refine strategies and ensure consistency
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere, empowering students to achieve their goals
