Community Manager

To support a global organic social team, the temporary remote Community Manager will engage with product-focused communities across social channels, monitor conversations, and collaborate with various teams to enhance product storytelling and community engagement strategies while working in the EST time zone. Key responsibilities Own product community engagement across platforms like X and Reddit, with future expansion to Instagram and TikTok Monitor and analyze user conversations, identifying praise, confusion, and feature requests related to the company's products Build scalable engagement systems, including response libraries and engagement logs, to streamline community interactions Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in community management, social engagement, or related roles in consumer technology or media Deep experience managing brand engagement across X, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok Exceptional editorial judgment with the ability to make real-time engagement decisions Strong understanding of product and brand storytelling, with a focus on translating community insights into content Proven ability to develop scalable systems for community engagement and response strategies
