Job Summary As a Junior Content Creator, you'll help capture, edit, and publish content across social platforms while learning directly from experienced marketers and founders. Job Summary As a Junior Content Creator, you'll help capture, edit, and publish content across social platforms while learning directly from experienced marketers and founders. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage from company events, product launches, meetings, and daily activities.
- Support founder-led content initiatives and personal branding efforts.
- Assist with in-house podcast recording and content production.
- Edit videos, add captions, and prepare content for publication across platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test and optimize content performance.
- 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, videography, or a related field.
- Strong interest in content marketing, storytelling, and creator-focused media.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience creating content for startups, brands, creators, or personal projects.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of AI products and emerging technology trends.
- Experience managing personal social media accounts or creator pages.
- Portfolio showcasing content creation work.
