We're looking for a detailoriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers. This role is essential in keeping our mortgage pipeline moving quickly and accurately. *What You'll Do*

* Set up new mortgage applications, including printing applications and credit reports
* Track and route incoming loan volume to the appropriate team members
* Assist with retrieving and preparing closed loan files for secondary marketing
* Answer, direct, and document incoming calls from members
* Prepare and send marketing materials, disclosures, and member packages
* Schedule appointments for Loan Officers and processors
* Provide general mortgage-related information to members
* Review and process appraisal invoices
* Maintain organized files-copying, faxing, and scanning as needed
* Generate basic reports for tracking purposes
* Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies
* Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
*What You'll Need*

* Ability to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
* Basic administrative, customer service, and research skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with mortgage products or financial services (preferred)
* Experience with word processing and spreadsheets

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Lillian, AL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
