Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Little Rock-Shreveport

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and patient access for rheumatology treatments across the Little Rock-Shreveport region. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market and customer insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective execution
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Strong understanding of market access, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill dynamics
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside within assigned territory
