Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Cardiology nursing department
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and department performance metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting a positive culture
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety initiatives
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Current RN License (or eligibility to obtain)
• AA Degree Required (BSN Preferred)
• Previous Acute Care Nursing Leadership Experience Required
• Cardiology, Telemetry, Progressive Care, or Critical Care background preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• BLS Required (Additional certifications may be preferred)
