The client is looking for two Salesforce Administrators to translate user stories and capture requirements using the Salesforce platform. Candidates can live anywhere in the US.

• JIRA - UAT

Job Duties:

• As a Salesforce Administrator, your essential job functions will include the following:
• Translate user-stories and requirements into solutions using functionality of the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with team members to design, build, and implement custom functionality.
• Implement new business process automations using Flow.
• Work with customers and partners to user-acceptance test solutions and deploy them to Production from lower environments.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce platform issues. Update existing customizations to address new business needs. Create and maintain documentation on Dealer Tire’s implementation & customizations of Salesforce.
• Participate in and lead demos of functionality to stakeholders.
• Evaluate Spring/Summer/Winter releases and regression-test new functionality/critical-updates.
• Integrate data and process between Salesforce and other business systems using established patterns.
• Assist business users with creation of reports, data import/export and other analyses.
• Help manage user provisioning - e.g., user-account-settings, permission sets, profiles, roles, and associated security.
• Respond to issues related to platform health and help monitor usage patterns based on defined service levels and escalate anomalies.

Job Requirements -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce Platform as Salesforce Admin
• Salesforce Administrator Certifications or equivalent Salesforce Admin experience
• Ability to work independently on projects assigned with minimal supervision
• Ability to balance "best practices" with the needs of the business
• Resilience to changing deadlines and priorities
• Familiarity with separation of concerns, user-acceptance testing, and deploying solutions from sandboxes to staging and production environments
• Strong interest in the Salesforce platform
• Empathy for the end-user
• Above average attention to detail
• Thoughtfulness in their design-decisions
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, methodologies, etc.
