Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital is a state‑of‑the‑art 150‑bed hospital in Holyoke, MA operated jointly with Lifepoint Behavioral Health and Baystate Health. Position Overview We are recruiting a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to assist in patient management within our inpatient unit. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in C/A Psychiatry. Key Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed. Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry. Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence‑based practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
