Starbucks Barista - Part TimeSilverton Casino LLC - Las Vegas, NV 89139Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Starbucks Barista is creating the Starbucks experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Silverton Casino's policies, procedures, and core values.Principle Responsibilities and Duties:The ability to handle cash and multitask.Making handcrafted beverages to meet Starbucks' standards.Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and body language.Requires prolonged standing and walking with full mobility (i.e., bending and reaching from a level height to 6 feet). The ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
