Senior Network Security Architect

Job Description Job Role: Senior Network Security Architect. Location: Princeton, NJ. Duration: Full Time (Permanent Position). Salary Range: 175-225K. Reports To: Chief Information Security Officer. Primary Responsibilities: The Senior Network Security Architect will lead the secure design and implementation of enterprise information systems. Responsibilities include determining security requirements, planning, implementing, and testing security systems, drafting security standards, policies, and run‑book procedures, and mentoring team members. Qualifications Active involvement in day‑to‑day infrastructure change management. Strong technical engineering mindset with the ability to lead in-depth technical discussions with network engineers, Linux and Windows administrators, and application developers. Deep understanding of network security, hardware configuration, protocols, and standards. Critical thinking to determine network security architecture requirements aligned with industry best practices, NIST standards, and unique risks of the business. Ability to assess and address challenges across technical and business domains. Experience establishing formal testing methodologies and operational readiness assessments for new security products. Team player who critically evaluates solutions and their pros/cons, collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical and security concepts to all stakeholder levels. Decision‑making agility to adapt direction and meet evolving demands. Strong multi‑tasking capabilities, managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
