Qualifications Certified Surgical Tech (CRCST, HSPA, CBSPD or equivalent) Experience as a surgical tech in a clinical setting Compensation Competitive weekly pay (e.g., $1,196 – $1,591 per week) and hourly rates ranging from $13.00 to $27.00 depending on the recruiter.
