As an Independent Contractor you make your own schedule, however, we only have open reservation spots for evenings. Requirements
Must provide proof of Independent Contractor status by providing:
Liability Insurance, City of Desert Hot Springs business license, Notarized document establishing Independent Contractor status (provided by Azure Palm) and signed contract stating Independent Contractor Status (provided by Azure Palm) A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a higher end spa Weekend and evening availability desired CAMTC Certification Excellent Communication Skills
