Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) This outpatient physical therapy position is located at a healthcare facility focused on musculoskeletal care. The role involves conducting individual evaluations and treatments, providing patient education, and supporting recovery goals within a clinical setting.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS certification, valid physical therapy license, minimum of 2 years of musculoskeletal experience, and at least 1 year of relevant outpatient experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, four days per week, with Wednesdays off.
• Responsibilities include performing 40-minute evaluations, managing approximately 19 evaluations per week, and working with one patient at a time.
• Additional Information: The position requires providing individualized outpatient physical therapy care focused on musculoskeletal conditions, with an emphasis on patient-centered treatment plans. Candidates must be licensed and certified as required.
