REO Inventory Coordinator

Industry: Property Management & REO Property Preservation Job Duties include but are not limited to: Quality Control Field Vendors and Employees Uploading documents/photos onto clients database Recruitment of Vendors Coordinate completion of Work Orders Managing PPW (E.R.S. Intranet) Provide performance review for Vendors Interfacing with both vendors/clients Manage Equipment and vehicle inventory Update Inventory Management Database and Tracker Compensation: Salary 2,000.00-3,200.00 monthly Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Reliable transportation Maintain high ethical standards The ability to keep records and all work related information confidential Hardworking Passionate and self-motivated Possessing the ability to think outside the box Professional Organized Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills; written and verbal Able to work under deadlines with multiple interruptions The flexibility to travel out of town 1-2 months out of the year The ability to drive long distances Experienced with Microsoft applications including Windows 2013 Preferred Qualifications: Warehouse inventory management is preferred but not required. Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry College level courses and/or degree preferred. Standard Weekly Schedule: Full time position Position Summary: REO Inventory Coordinator’s are required to perform quality control of our vendors and their requested deliverables, as well as coordinating the completion of priority work orders. The Coordinator will be utilized as an extension of our administrative team in the Atlanta office; while performing a routine quality assurance review of vendor documents/photos. Executive Realty Solutions Inc. will utilize the REO Inventory Coordinator to organize and maintain our internal inventory database of equipment and vehicles. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all of the equipment and vehicles are routinely serviced and properly maintained. The coordinator will also assist in ordering and managing supplies and materials used by the field staff. We realize that it is essential that we continue to maintain a viable vendor portfolio, and the REO Inventory Coordinator will aid in identifying and training of REO Vendors to adhere to our REO guidelines. Professionalism is paramount but establishing and maintaining a good relationship with vendors, employees, and clients is expected.
