About the Role

Judith Ruth Medical Center LLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment while making a meaningful impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Georgia and federal regulations.

Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.

Educate patients on disease prevention, chronic disease management, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and deliver compassionate, culturally competent care.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Georgia Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.

MSN or DNP from an accredited program.

National board certification (FNP-C, ANP-C, AGNP, or equivalent).

Must be credentialed and enrolled with Medicare and Georgia Medicaid.

Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Georgia.

Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine experience is a plus.

CCM/RPM is a plus.

Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency with EHR systems.

Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
