Masonry Laborer – Support High-End Residential Builds for Bullnose Masonry and Block

Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $18 to $24 per hour

The Opportunity

You will serve as an essential team member supporting high-end residential masonry projects across the area. This entry-level role puts you on the front lines of unique residential builds within a supportive, family-like environment. You will gain hands-on trade experience while working alongside skilled craftsmen who care about your professional growth.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Prepare job sites daily by staging materials, setting up tools, and establishing safe work zones.
• Mix mortar to precise project specifications for the masonry team.
• Transport block, mortar, and heavy building supplies across residential sites.
• Tend to masons with mixing mortar to precise specifications, providing block cuts, stocking block at footings / scaffolding, setting up scaffolding for additional lifts.
• Daily and continuous site clean-up duties.
• Operate basic trade power tools and equipment following strict safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work environments to support efficient daily field operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong physical stamina and willingness to perform heavy manual labor daily in outdoor environment in Phoenix area.
• Dependable work ethic with a strong focus on team communication and safety.
• Ability to follow direct instructions and safety guidelines on active job sites.
• Dependable transportation to arrive on jobsite.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working on residential construction or concrete sites.
• Basic familiarity with masonry tools, mortar mixing, and material staging.
• OSHA 10 certification or fundamental safety training credentials.
