Community Partners in Action in Waterbury, CT seeks a Lead Human Services Worker for the Waterbury Transitional House to supervise residents, coordinate services, and support residents’ progress on the 2nd shift (Tuesday-Saturday, 4 PM–12 AM). The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or higher, three years in human services, staff supervision experience, and the ability to work weekends.
