We're seeking an experienced Studio/Production Artist with exceptional attention to detail, advanced production skills, and a deep understanding of creative execution. You'll partner closely with designers, writers, strategists, project managers, and marketing stakeholders to execute, adapt, and optimize creative across a wide range of channels. From preparing final files and managing version control to ensuring quality, consistency, and brand compliance, you'll play a critical role in bringing U.S. Bank campaigns and customer experiences to life.Position Summary:As a Studio/Production Artist, you will be responsible for producing, adapting, and preparing marketing assets across multiple channels while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Working from approved creative concepts and established brand guidelines, you'll transform design direction into production-ready deliverables that meet business, marketing, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient, with expertise in production workflows, file preparation, layout execution, and asset management. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating across teams to ensure flawless execution from concept approval through final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Execute and adapt approved creative concepts across digital, social, print, email, display advertising, presentations, retail, and environmental channels.Prepare, package, preflight, and deliver production-ready files according to channel-specific specifications and requirements. Graphic Designer Level 12 JD | In-House AgencyPartner with designers and creative leads to ensure visual integrity is maintained throughout production and implementation.Manage revisions, versioning, localization, and asset updates across multiple campaigns and deliverables.Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and quality control guidelines.Build and maintain templates, production files, design system components, and creative resources that improve efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and support production schedules.Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical readiness before release.Support the production and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints.Utilize AI-powered creative and production tools to improve workflow efficiency and speed-to market.Maintain expertise in evolving production best practices, software capabilities, and emerging technologies.Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented creative culture.Strongly Preferred Skills/Experience:5+ years of experience as a Studio Artist, Production Artist, Production Designer, or similar role in an agency, in-house agency, or corporate creative environment.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong understanding of production workflows for print, digital, social, and marketing communications.Experience preparing and delivering production-ready files across multiple channels and formats.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and quality control.Experience working within established brand systems and design standards.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience with Figma and collaborative production workflows.Digital asset management (DAM) experience.Experience with variable data, versioning, and localization workflows.Familiarity with Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, and AI-powered production tools.Basic motion graphics, animation, or video production experience.Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Graphic Design certificate, or equivalent work experienceFive or more years of design experienceWork Environment & Culture:This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment with opportunities to collaborate both in person and remotely.
