$48,300 - $64,400 CORE 4

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Respond to internal and external customer enquiries.

• Receive and process customer orders for offset printing and related services.

• Ensure artwork files and job specifications are accurate and complete.

• Enter orders into the company's management information system SAP (Kiwi)

• Coordinate project timelines with production and shipping departments.

• Communicate production status, schedule changes, and delivery updates to customers.

• Generate work orders and production documentation.

• Assist customers with product selection, paper choices, and printing methods.

• Provide quotes and review estimates and pricing information.

• Resolve customer concerns, quality issues, and delivery challenges professionally and promptly.

• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.

• Maintain accurate customer records and job files.

• Support sales by providing administrative and customer support.

• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.

• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.

• Performs general administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced environment

• Preferred SAP (Kiwi) experience

• High school diploma or GED
